NUSIL TECHNOLOGY ACQUIRES MOREHOUSE-COWLES FROM MFIC CORPORATION



CARPINTERIA, Calif. – February 9, 2004 – NuSil Technology (http://www.nusil.com) , a leading formulator and manufacturer of silicone compounds for healthcare, aerospace, electronics and photonics, recently acquired Morehouse-COWLES from MFIC Corporation. Under the agreement, Morehouse-COWLES, a leading manufacturer of equipment and technology for milling, mixing and dissolving for the chemicals, paints, pigments and coatings industries, will continue to operate in Fullerton, Calif., as a wholly-owned subsidiary of NuSil Technology.
